I love this mat! My old plastic mat was falling apart so I decided I wanted to research a non plastic option. Great cushion from the mushroom/rubber core. The grip on rubber can be more than plastic, and rubber can also attract lint more than plastic fyi. Also beware if you have a latex/rubber allergy! It's rubber so it will smell a little (like a kitchen rubber glove, but I like that smell) I also got the voyager mat to use when I am practicing outside on soft surfaces(grass,etc). I love that mat too.
I have been practicing yoga for 30 years. The Jade Harmony mat has been my staple. I was curious to try this one and WOW. So grippy, just the right amount of cushioning. Love that it brings me just that bit closer to nature too.

Super sticky, love it
I love how much grip it has. The length is perfect as well. The mat is very narrow compared to other mats I’ve used which I don’t enjoy, also I find that the mat is not as cushioned as others I’ve used.
