Perfect. Just the right amount of cushion for my knees.

This has been immensely helpful support for my knees and hips when doing floor poses. I only wish it came in a lighter color for my friend whose prone to leaving skin marks (has very dry skin).

I layer this mat on top of my old Manduka Pro— it is perfect for protecting my sometimes achey knees. Grips well, great padding, exactly what I wanted.

I have 2 different knees- one is "normal" and the other has a bony protrusion (that I always thought was "normal" but apparently isn't ). When I started doing yoga and noticed my bony knee bruised more, I started using various pads, but was looking for something new when my old one wore out after 9 years. This is the best one I have ever tried. It kept both my knees feeling stable during any position and I didn't find it problematic to keep on the mat during other poses. Truly recommend to anyone needing both cushion and stability!!

This mini mat is the perfect size for adding a bit more cushion. It is easily moveable where needed during Practice (i.e. under knees or hands) as well as for Restorative and Nidra yoga.
