Nice and thick for older feet that have lost the youthful padding. Sticky and holds my feet in place.

Love Jade mats. I am returning the shorter mat im exchange for the long mat. I have worn out one long mat after about 14 years.
Great mat. Good for sensitive knees. The grip is excellent. I had this same mat for 7 years prior. It was used at least 5 days a week for several years. It finally started falling apart. It never got gross or smelly. Excited to start out with a brand new one.
I love this mat! So beautiful and amazing size. Only thing is I wish it was easier to get lint and fuzz off of it.
