I love this mat, it has wonderful grip but at the same time it’s smooth and comfortable. I am 5’4 so I can stretch out and not hang off the mat. It is lightweight to carry to class but stays in place on the floor. I have owned other Jade yoga mats and manduka but this one is the best.
