Great grip!

Great grip! I bought this mat specifically for hot yoga and I am so happy with how it feels under my sweaty palms and feet. The only complaint would be the off-gassing. The smell is really quite strong and is taking longer than expected to go away. I look forward to enjoying the mat fully once the smell has dissipated.

Solid! Little slippery since it's new, but once broken in a bit it should be fine. LOVED my previous mat, so had to get another!

Gotta say the rubber smell is INTENSE! Its been a full week of airing out and while the smell is a bit better, it still gets me in the back of my throat and I can't stay in the same room with it for long . On the other hand, I love everything else about the mat: it is heavy but that means it stays flat which is what I wanted, and the texture is great. Love the donation to Ukraine with this color combo too. I really wanted to avoid plastic, so I sure hope the rubber smell gets a lot better soon. I wonder if the new version of this mat smells any better? Would give it 5 stars if only the smell was less toxic.

Love this mat!

Love this mat! It's true that it has a mild aroma of rubber at first, but I rolled ït out to flatten out and air out for 2-3 days upon arrival, and have found it perfectly pleasant thereafter. The thickness is ideal and traction is great.
Plus the warmth of the saffron yellow warms my spirit asI do my early morning yoga.

My new yoga mats work very well and the colors are vibrant, however, I have had them out for over a week and they still have a very strong rubber odor that us unpleasant.
