This mat is super grippy; exactly what I wanted! The Harmony 2.0 is my 2nd regular mat from Jade Yoga. My first one lasted 7 years of daily use. Jade Yoga mats are my first choice!
I was excited to use the new mat at today's class, and it got a big scrape down the middle. I had done some research before purchasing and was excited for less sliding and a more cushioned mat. I am very disappointed that this was damaged on first use. I had previously used the Tapas mat from Hugger Mugger for years of regular use before I saw flaking.
