I love the extra size on this mat, it's very worth the price. I had a smaller mat for years where I had to adjust my position all the time to avoid my head resting on the bare floor; no worries there now. Plus, the extra width is nice for stretches with the legs spread out

Sadly, I left my first Harmony mat exposed to the sun for way too long and it rendered about a foot of the mat unusable. I’m 6’6” and a normal sized mat has never worked for me. This is perfectly sized both width and length. Super grippy, just like my first Harmony mat, but I learned my lesson and now keep it in a mat bag
