This mat is beautiful and has great grip, but it is thinner than I was expecting. While the grip is fantastic, it can make it difficult to smoothly transition between asanas. All in all, it's a beautiful mat but I won't purchase it again.
Too sticky. It picks up everything that is on the floor and it won't come off.
