If you are not satisfied with your purchase, retail mats purchased online at www.jadeyoga.com can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Retail mats purchased anywhere else may be returned to where they are purchased in accordance with that retailer’s return policy. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to print a return label for mats purchased online within the last 30 days.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship or you believe is showing premature wear, you can return it up to one year following purchase.
Our policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure, improper use or accidents.
