Shipping & Return Policies

If you have an issue with any of our products we encourage you to contact us immediately.  It is JadeYoga’s policy that every customer should be treated with dignity and respect and every attempt should be made to satisfy our customers.  We take pride in the products that we represent and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.

We stand behind everything we sell.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, retail mats purchased online at www.jadeyoga.com can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping on international orders unless the wrong item was shipped.   Please read below to see our shipping & return policies in depth.

Return Processing

If you purchased your mat at www.jadeyoga.com, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to print a return label for mats purchased online within the last 30 days.   Please allow 15 days for processing of your return.

If the mat wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the venue you purchased your mat from, as your mat will be subject to the return policy of the company you bought your mat from (example- mats purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s return policy).

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, or it has premature wear, you can return it up to one year following the purchase. To initiate this sort of return, please contact info@jadeyoga.com with a proof of purchase and photograph showing the defect or wear, and we will promptly assist you.

*Please be advised that our return policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure, improper use, or accidents. If you do not believe your mat falls within the above policy and you would still like to discuss returning it, please contact us at info@jadeyoga.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers, as our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; in return we do hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Exchange Policy

Orders placed directly from www.jadeyoga.com, or by phone from Jade Industries, can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

If the mat wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the venue you purchased your mat from, as your mat will be subject to the exchange policy of the company you bought your mat from (example- mats purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s exchange policy).

 Shipping Policy

Retail orders and most wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 business days (inventory permitting). Unless you request otherwise, we generally ship by FedEx ground which provides us with the best rates.  Because we have warehouses in Pennsylvania and Nevada, FedEx ground shipping reaches most destinations within 1-3 business days.  Thus, most orders placed with regular ground shipping within the continental US will reach you within 2-5 business days.
